Paul Fitzgerald has been a Certified Advanced Rolfer™ and Rolf Movement Teacher since 2004. In addition to his Rolfing certifications, Paul has also been a practicing massage therapist since 1997.

Along with regular continuing education classes, his extensive study of anatomy during years of practicing bodywork give him a thorough understanding of the structural relationships in the human body.

As a series of Rolfing sessions progresses, Paul's goals are not only to eliminate patterns of dysfunction and pain, but also work with his clients to discover new ways of becoming self sufficient and empowered in their bodies.
